Watson, et al. (Pagan motorcycle gang trial); United States v. Viessburg (Racketeering, Arson-Conspiracy Ring); State v. Wittman (Manslaughter against F.B.I. agent); State v. Keating (Bribery case against Camden County Clerk); United States v. Dailey (Federal Drug Kingpin – life exposure – Not Guilty on all counts); State v. Massimino, et al. (RICO – dismissed).


  • In the course of defending various RICO prosecutions, drug prosecutions and other similar matters, I have participated in numerous State and Federal forfeiture proceedings.
